A short call, a measured drawing, a written plan.
The first call is five minutes. We will ask a few questions about the property, the goal, the budget, and the timing. If we are a good fit, we will set a date to walk the site together — usually within two to three weeks, depending on season.
The on-site visit is on us. If the project is small, we may sketch on the spot. If it is larger, we go back to the studio and draft a measured plan with a written scope. The next conversation is a sit-down, not a sales call.
